Filipina Matchmaker (“we,” “us,” or “the Platform”) is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and accessible environment for all users worldwide. We believe in equal access and opportunity and prohibit discrimination of any kind.


1. Accessibility Commitment

1.1 Global Standards. Our Platform is being developed and maintained to align with internationally recognized accessibility guidelines, including:

  • Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA (and WCAG 2.2 as it becomes standard),
  • U.S. Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title III,
  • EU Web Accessibility Directive and European Accessibility Act (2025),

  • Australia’s Disability Discrimination Act (DDA),

1.2 Technical Features. We strive to ensure compatibility with:

  • Keyboard-only navigation,
  • High-contrast and resizable text,
  • Captioning or transcripts where multimedia is used.

1.3 Continuous Improvement. Accessibility is an ongoing process. We regularly review and test the Platform and welcome feedback to improve accessibility further.


2. Non-Discrimination Policy

2.1 Equal Access. No user shall be denied access to the Platform on the basis of:

  • Race, ethnicity, or national origin,
  • Religion or belief,
  • Gender, gender identity, or sexual orientation,
  • Age (except our strict 18+ requirement),
  • Disability or medical condition,
  • Marital or family status,
  • Any other protected characteristic under applicable law.

2.2 Prohibited Conduct. We prohibit discriminatory behavior, harassment, or exclusionary practices by users. Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal under our Community Guidelines and Safety Policy.

2.3 Content Moderation. Content that promotes or incites discrimination, hate, or harassment is not permitted and may be removed without notice.

3.1 Requests. Users with disabilities may request reasonable accommodations to ensure equal access (e.g., alternative communication methods).
3.2 Response. We will review and respond promptly, consistent with global legal obligations and technical feasibility.
3.3 Costs. We do not charge users for accessibility-related accommodations required by law.

4.1 Compliance. This Statement is enforceable under applicable anti-discrimination and accessibility laws in all jurisdictions where we operate.
4.2 Third Parties. Any third-party services integrated into the Platform must adhere to equivalent accessibility and non-discrimination standards.

5. Changes to This Statement

We may update this Statement to reflect evolving global accessibility and anti-discrimination requirements. The “Effective Date” will always indicate the latest version. Substantive changes will be communicated to users.
