This Advertising & Third-Party Services Policy (“Policy”) explains how Filipina Matchmaker uses advertising, affiliate links, and third-party services. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1) Advertising & Sponsorship
1.1. The Platform may display advertising, sponsored content, and promotional offers.
1.2. Advertising may be delivered directly by us or through third-party networks (e.g., Google Ads, affiliate platforms).
1.3. All advertising must comply with applicable law and must not promote:
- Illegal products or services;
- Discriminatory or exploitative practices;
- Adult, obscene, or harmful content;
- Misleading, fraudulent, or unsafe products.
2) Affiliate Links
2.1. Some links on the Platform may be affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you click or purchase.
2.2. We disclose affiliate relationships in compliance with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC), EU Unfair Commercial Practices Directive, and equivalent laws worldwide.
2.3. Your use of affiliate links is voluntary, and your relationship with third-party merchants is solely between you and them.
3) Third-Party Services
3.1. The Platform may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., payment processors, identity verification providers, social media logins).
3.2. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party services.
3.3. If you engage with a third-party service, you are subject to their terms, policies, and privacy practices.

6.1. The presence of third-party ads, links, or services does not imply endorsement or recommendation by Filipina Matchmaker.
6.2. We disclaim liability for:

- Security of third-party websites;
- Losses or damages resulting from your dealings with advertisers or third parties.
7) International Compliance
7.1. This Policy complies with major global frameworks, including:
- U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) advertising disclosure rules;
- European Union Consumer Protection and ePrivacy laws;
- UK Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations;
- Brazil LGPD, Canada CASL, and equivalent APAC regulations.
7.2. Where stricter local laws apply, they take precedence.
8) Updates
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in law, business practices, or advertising models. The “Effective Date” will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance.
