6. Safety & User Responsibility

7. Disclaimers

• We make no guarantees regarding matches, outcomes, availability, or uninterrupted service.
• We do not verify every user and are not responsible for their behavior on or off the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data, opportunities, reputation, or profit).
• Our total liability to any user will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount paid to us in the past 12 months, or (b) USD $100.
