5. Payments & Subscriptions

Payments are non-refundable except where required by local law.
Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your chosen payment method.

6. Safety & User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your interactions with others.
We do not conduct full background checks, though we may review profiles for safety.
Meet in public places, tell a friend where you’re going, and use caution.
Report suspicious activity through in-app reporting or our contact form.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”.
We make no guarantees regarding matches, outcomes, availability, or uninterrupted service.
We do not verify every user and are not responsible for their behavior on or off the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data, opportunities, reputation, or profit).
Our total liability to any user will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount paid to us in the past 12 months, or (b) USD $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability; in those places, our liability will be limited to the extent permitted by law.

9. Indemnification
